Week 4

Myspace: I knew of it before. I'm surprised OCLS is on there alittle bit, but I guess that works too. There are some elements that seemed forced - GamerSpryte, for example. Regular OCLS's page has interesting friends. "...cucking fookies"?

YouTube: The OCLS videos were pretty neat. I like how they put the J.C. video on there. But again, I knew of this site before. Our flyball team has several videos on there. What is Flyball? Exellent question! Not my team, but I like their video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n1tiujThcEE

SEOmoz: I didn't know of this one, I've bookmarked it for further exploration (but some of the winners I've seen around).

As a film student, I loved the Web 2.0 video.

Week.... Seven????

Wow, I'm way more behind that I thought I was.

I'm going to just create posts and add to them as I get a chance to go over certain aspects of the lesson (I'll even change the color so you know what's added). Is this ok? Also, I'm wondering if I'm doing everything right. I saw someone's post and they had pages and pages of info. I was impressed, but then felt like I wasn't doing enough for this.

Dogster: Dude, I'm all over the Dogster site, and have been for awhile. I even put links on this page to the Dogster pages. Check out my Flyball links!

Blufr: Pretty neat. Flixter has a quiz thing too if you're into movies.

Chug'd: Not a fan of beer, sorry.

Bottletalk: Not a fan of wine, sorry.

The Puzzle Player/YouPlay: I'll get back to you on this one.

Week Three

So, I learned about blogline.com this week. Kinda was a let down - since Internet Explorer 7 now kinda does the same thing (at least, for the sites I picked). Feeds I picked ranged from work to fun. Grokker was cool, never tried that before. I don't think I would use it though. Oh! I'm an auditory/visual learner combo.

Learn 2.0 is working out ok - I think I like the blog thing better than discussion boards (that I currently have to use for school), except that I hope school doesn't pick this up - I'm afraid they'd want a long post rather than somethin' short and concise.

Speaking of short and concise, I'm done! Till next week..
